The Beach Planner will take care of every aspect of your trip including lodging, transportation, reservations and all activities so all that is left is for you to beach all day and dance all night!
The first step is booking your villa. We have dozens of luxury, stunning villas, providing the ultimate experience. Private chefs, private pools, rooftop lounges and more! We have villas up to 20 bedrooms if you’re rolling deep, or 3 bedrooms for the small and intimate groups. If your villa is off the beach, we coordinate day and night transportation to get you where you need to go. The Beach Planner has you covered at every single angle!
If you have a villa or lodging locked in already, no worries! The Beach Planner’s concierge team is available to everyone and anyone!
The Beach Planner’s luxury concierge is something our client’s favor, as we are available to you before and during your trip for anything you need! We create a super detailed itinerary which includes details and prices of each and every service, activity and reservation! A zoom call with Devin (Founder & Owner) or Maddie (VP of Operations) gets us started where we get to know exactly what you’d like on your itinerary, we answer all your questions, and make a ton of suggestions!
